E-invoices – process structured invoices automatically
The e-invoice is the way tomorrow’s accounting runs – and in Germany it is becoming mandatory in several stages. linqi reads structured e-invoices, validates them and hands the data straight into your process. Both the XRechnung format as XML and ZUGFeRD as PDF. This turns a file that would otherwise have to be tediously re-typed into neatly prepared data that is used immediately in your workflows.
Instead of manual data entry, the invoice data flows directly into the steps of your process – for example into an approval, into archiving, or into the handover to your accounting. You decide what happens to the invoice afterwards; linqi makes sure the data arrives completely and in the correct structure. This minimizes media breaks and keeps you safely within your deadlines.
From the invoice inbox to accounting – automatically
The linqi e-invoice action reads invoice files, validates them and converts the data into a format your processes can use directly. Parties, contacts and line-item data become structured process values that you can plug into approvals, archiving or the handover to your accounting. This closes the chain from the invoice inbox to the bookkeeping without gaps – and makes sure the upcoming obligations for structured e-invoices are met reliably.
How linqi processes your e-invoices
- Feed in the invoice:
An e-invoice is fed into the process – as a file, for example from a mailbox or a folder. - Validate & read:
linqi checks that it is a valid e-invoice and reads the structured data cleanly. - Hand it into the process:
Parties, contacts and line items become usable process data – ready for approval, archiving or handover. - Pass it on seamlessly:
Afterwards your process takes over the further processing – all the way to the handover to DATEV or your ERP system.
This turns the e-invoice from an annoying obligation into an automated routine: linqi does the evaluation, your process takes care of the rest – reliably and without media breaks.
Frequently asked questions about e-invoices
Which formats are supported?
linqi processes structured e-invoices in the XRechnung format as XML as well as ZUGFeRD as PDF – the common standards for electronic invoices.
What happens to the data after it is read?
The invoice data is converted into structured process values and is made directly available to the following steps of your process – for example for approval, archiving or handover.
Can I connect e-invoices with DATEV?
Yes. Via the DATEV Connector the data can be passed on to DATEV seamlessly after processing – this closes the chain all the way to the bookkeeping.
Do I still have to enter the data manually?
No. The core advantage is exactly this: linqi does the evaluation automatically, so you hardly have to do any manual entry.
