This applies not only to the quality of our software, but also to two other facts: Anyone who works with linqi entrusts us with sometimes highly sensitive data and becomes somewhat dependent on our software. Both facts are 100% within our sense of responsibility.
We must do everything we can to ensure data security.
Our customers use linqi in all areas. They entrust us with financial, personnel and customer data as well as many other highly sensitive data. For us, the professional handling of this data, which goes far beyond the usual procedures of, for example, GDPR or various security standards, is just as much a part of the quality of our software as everything else.
We have to be there for our customers in the long term.
Anyone who automates their processes with linqi is to some extent dependent on our software. Not only are we fully aware of this fact, it is also deeply interwoven into our own corporate strategy. For us, the long-term provision of services takes precedence over our own growth ambitions. Every linqi customer can be sure that they will still be able to rely on us in 20 years’ time.
Transparency is the key to being able to live up to one’s own responsibility.
