The Police Technology, Logistics and Service Department (PTLS Pol) is the service organization of the Baden-Württemberg police and serves the diverse areas required to fully support all police headquarters in Baden-Württemberg. The PTLS Pol also manages the central investment funds for the police in Baden-Württemberg.

The existing manual application and approval process was to be digitalized in order to speed up procurement projects. The objectives included a lean and transparent process, data protection aspects and the ability to adapt the process easily, quickly and without programming knowledge if necessary. After reviewing the market, it was decided to develop our own workflow tool.

The result:It soon became clear that linqi could be used not only for the procurement process, but also for all application and approval processes. And with linqi, the step towards digitalization can be taken quickly.

Results through the use of linqi

linqi is now being used at PTLS Pol for various internal approval workflows. In a further step, linqi will be made available to the 17 police stations and facilities. This will enable them to digitize and adapt processes independently without having to rely on developers.
