When the Hochtaunusbau building cooperative was faced with the challenge of improving their traditional membership application processes, they turned to linqi. By using linqi, we empowered Hochtaunusbau employees to independently optimize and digitize the membership application process using the linqi process platform. By using the linqi process designer, a key component of the software, Hochtaunusbau was able to create a user-friendly digital membership application form. The result was a drastic reduction in manual workflows, a significant improvement in data quality and transparency.

Thanks to dynamic form functions that show or hide relevant areas, both applicants and subsequent processing are effectively supported and their complexity reduced. However, the real innovative leap lies in the empowerment of Hochtaunusbau employees to implement this type of process digitization independently. This project shows how user autonomy can improve traditional processes and drive digital transformation.

The result:With linqi, a considerable time saving of 10 minutes per process was achieved. This time was previously spent on tracking incomplete data or clarifying ambiguities.
